quick notes from a game of catchphrase

Cindy and I played Catch-phrase with some friends on Saturday night. There was a guy on my team who was a bit—I’m not sure how to put this—unusual when giving clues. After a couple rounds, I decided to record his clues on my phone. Here are some of his clues, followed by the answer we were supposed to guess:

Clues:  “Ok, he fought in the French and Indian War. He was the senior American aide to Edward Braddock in the Monongahela Expedition. Uh,, he was opposed to the Stamp Act, of course. OH! He was President of the United states. He was the only President to ever be inaugurated in two cities!”

Time ran out.

Answer:  George Washington

Clues:  “These are used for pornography. It’s like, you can press a button to turn this thing on, and a few minutes later it'll turn you on. Uh, I don't know what else”

Time ran out.

Answer:  Computer

Clue:  “Rhymes with Pippopotamus”

Clue:  “Animals are always like this. Gentlemen take dumps like this. Uh, perverts picture their mothers like this.”

Answer:  Naked
